I had another company come by and they told me I would need a new system or another AC unit for the bedrooms floor. I went with Roots HVAC for another opinion and I'm very glad I did. Shane was great and very knowledgable. Turns out a part in my system wasn't working properly and it was an easy replacement he had. Took him all of 30 min and my AC was back to working properly again!

The guys from Roots are competent, efficient, and honest. They definitely could have tried to upsell me given what I have going on with my HVAC system, but they were completely up-front, explained my options clearly, and definitely did not upsell. They were also tidy and worked efficiently to stay on schedule.
