I wish I could rate Airport Express 10 stars. From the start with Wayne helping me get things booked to the exceptional service of drivers Norman and Tim, we couldn't have picked a better shuttle service. Their professionalism and timely communication regarding pick ups put us at ease. It was our first time to St. Augustine and it made travel to and from the airport a breeze. I want to give an extra shout out to Norman who picked us up late at the airport on our first night and took us to a grocery store to make sure we had food to get us started for the week in our condo. He also was a great resource for activities to do and places to see. I felt like we were treated like family with Wayne setting that tone and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a shuttle service in the area. We would used them again in a heartbeat!
